We welcome both Coop shareholders and guests. You can attend the AGM if you are not a Coop Shareholder, but only Shareholders can vote.

You can become a shareholder and vote on the AGM day.* Bring your completed application form with you along with the full Share monies and give to the Secretary before the AGM commences.

at Old Plaw Hatch Farm, Plaw Hatch Lane, Sharpthorne, East Grinstead RH19 4JL

We are delighted to welcome our shareholders and friends of The Tablehurst and Plaw Hatch Community Farm Ltd., to our 2023 AGM.

You do not need to be a shareholder to attend the AGM, but only shareholders can vote.

The Coop AGM will be brief to be able to leave more time for our farms to present the theme of the day:

“The Challenges and Successes of a Small Biodynamic Farm”

We'd like to share with the community the very real challenges both farms face, including the impact of small abattoir closure, bird flu, TB, and the challenges of producing raw milk - and welcome your support and expertise in finding sustainable solutions.

The meeting will be held in the workshop barns, opposite the cow yard. Parking will be signposted, but it would be great if you could ask for car sharing where possible. If you are shopping first, you will need to move your car to the AGM parking afterwards.
