ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING NOTICE
The Directors of Tablehurst and Plaw Hatch Community Farm Ltd. cordially invite you to
the 2024 Coop AGM, to be held in person on
Saturday, 14th September, 2024, 10:00am
at Tablehurst Farm, London Road, FOREST ROW RH18 5DP
We are delighted to welcome our shareholders and friends of The Tablehurst and Plaw Hatch Community Farm Ltd., to our Biodynamic Centenary 2024 AGM.
You do not need to be a shareholder to attend the AGM, but only shareholders can vote.
The Coop AGM will be brief to be able to leave more time for us all to celebrate the theme of the day:
“100 Years of Biodynamic Farming”
We'd like to share with the community the amazing breakthroughs in biodynamic farming and welcome your support and expertise in preserving the real sustainable farming and food security solutions for the next 100 years.
Programme of the Day:
10:00am Pre-meeting Registration and Refreshments
10:30 Formal AGM
11:00 Farm presentations & Questions – Plaw Hatch Farm & Tablehurst Farm
12:30 - 1:30 Lunch
1:30 - 2:30 TBA
The meeting will be held in the Tablehurst Sheep Barn, located behind the Tablehurst café.
Parking will be signposted, but it would be great if you could ask for car sharing where possible. If you are shopping first, you will need to move your car to the AGM parking afterwards.
