Key details
Location: Plaw Hatch Farm, Plawhatch Ln, Sharpthorne, East Grinstead, RH19 4JL.
Parking: The event venue and parking will be signposted – please use the AGM parking provided and do not park in the main car park. Share cars wherever possible.
Weather: It’s likely to be muddy after recent rainfall, please dress accordingly.

10:00 – 10:30 Arrival, check in & refreshments
10:30 – 11:00 Formal AGM proceedings
11:00 – 13:00 Farm presentations & guest speakers
13:00 – 14.00 Lunch (donations welcome)
