Farm Fundraising Projects

Tablehurst and Plaw Hatch Farms are lively, vibrant businesses. Various exciting farm projects take place year round and fundraising is a vital and very welcome part of this process. Spring Water Pump

A big thank you to all the generous donations that came in to support the Spring Pump project. Last month, following weeks of water supply issues, we launched a funding appeal for a new pump. With your help we managed to raise the funds quickly which meant we could act swiftly to install the new one. The new pump is stronger and more robust than the previous one.

Young Farmer Apprentice

Having young enthusiasm willing to learn the fine art of organic biodynamic farming is the very life blood of our farmers. It’s hugely rewarding and it ensures that these farms have a future.

An enormous heartfelt thanks to all of you who have dug deep to help us fund our apprentice bursary through donations in the shop or regular standing orders into the St. Anthony’s Trust training fund. Our young farmer apprentice completed his training at the end of September 2017 and is off to pastures new!
